"A spectacular destination to visit"

"we got all, which we expected"

They assisted me in planning my tour very carefully with every detail covered. Once we finalised the arrangements and plan via e-mail, it all happened exactly as planned. From the time we were picked up at the airport till the time we were dropped off it was excellent. We toured for 4 days, punctual with the pick-ups, experienced driver, knowledgeable tour guides. Comes highly recommended, wouldn't have been the same memorable experience if I did it alone. Great job done.

"We got all, which we expected"

We have chosen this guide service by the recommendation of ur hotel in Siem Reap.
We made the right decision.
Both our guide Mr Pheara (with a vast knowledge in history) and the driver (Mr Sat ) were excellent- and I can only recommend them to help you there.

 "Fabulous tour guide"

We had Phan as our guide for two days. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge not only about the temples but also about the social, political.and economic issues of Cambodia. After seeing several temples, he took us out to the countryside to see "village life." Phan speaks excellent English, has a wonderful sense of humor, and an optimistic view on life.

"Don't put off your dreams"

For many years we have visited neighboring Viet Nam, since this is where my spouse was born. And at the end of each visit we say next time we must go and visit Cambodia and see Angkor Watt … one of the wonders of the ancient world. Finally, after weeks of fog and midst in Ha Noi we decided to realize the dream in early April. Purchasing an organized tour from local travel agencies often appeared pricey. Then I stumbled upon TripAdvisor and their review of Private Siem Reap Guide Services. When I look at reviews I look at both the total number and the distribution. As of today I note 853 reviews… and 772 were excellent.... that is phenomenal. Based on that I wrote the owner Mr. Sam and email… told him we had never been to Cambodia… new very little how to plan our trip and while fit we are 66 and 71 years old respectively. I received an email reply in one hour with a suggested (3) day itinerary … cost break down with fees… a driver… SUV… and a tour guide. The price quoted was very reasonable. We concluded the trip arrangements that day. Using his website I navigated to an official government of Cambodia web site and applied and paid for our e-visas which we received in one day. We had a driver who met us at the airport and within 30 minutes we were checked in. The logistics and services provided live up to the 5 star recommendations.

And while all these variables are key to successfully planning your trip…. the real value comes in the relationship you form with your individual tour guide and driver … in our case three very full days. Our guide was Mr. Pheara…. But quickly it was on a first names basis… which Sopheara is. He is an excellent conversationalist with a first rate command of English. He is knowledgeable on a wide range of subjects outside of literature, history and religion. We touched on such topics as agriculture… water resources …. The upcoming New Year… and even the dark chapters in recent history that includes the continuing clearance of land mines (and yes the temples are save and cleared). What is daunting is trying to read about Cambodia before you arrive…. The subject is so large to wrap yourself around it can become overwhelming ….. History… the rise of the Khmer empire and clashes with its neighbors… Religion …. The struggle and merging of Hinduism and the two branches of Buddhism… This is where I think Mr. Pheara is at his best…. Over the three days he knew how to weave the history and religion together slowly so that we could begin to comprehend and appreciate why Angkor is truly a marvel to behold. Thank you Sopheara…. For being our guide.

I would also be remiss if I did not thank him for becoming our photographer as well. Of course my camera batteries died the first day. No problem… his high pixel panoramic camera took dozens of me and my wife… and he always placed us with terrific compositions in the background…. Arm and arm standing before a pool as the sun rises over Angkor Watt…. I am sure that will be our treasure from Cambodia mounted on our wall at home. He was always quick each day to email us our photos.

And Mr. Sat… thank you for your safe and excellent driving…. Especially on the longer 70 kilometer drive. You were always there when we returned to our vehicle with cool bottles of water and face wipes. This may sound a little trivial…. But this April in Cambodia and by late afternoon the temperature had risen from the 90s to a high of 102. Water and pacing yourself if essential. The tradeoff for coming this time of the year (the low season) is that it will not be crowded and you will get a great discount on your lodging. Book early! It is rare to find this much quality …. There is no hype in the reviews. So…. Don’t put of your dreams!

"Great 3 days touring siem reap with phally "

After trolling through many reviews of TA we decided to book with Sam. We were not disappointed. Sam has excellent English, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the sites we visited, but also about Cambodia and its history. Both Sam and his driver Mr Sat were very professional, Mr Sat always having a bottle of cold water and wipes once we got back into the car after visiting each site. We would have not hesitation in recommending their services.

"beautiful, historic siem reap"
Booked our tour with Sam at the last minute since my Siem Reap trip with my family was also booked at the last minute. Sam replied very quickly to all my questions and was very flexible even when we needed to change itineraries at the last minute. Our driver was Mr. Sat and our tour guide was Mr. Sun and they were wonderful. My grandmother had a hard time with the car we used on our first day because the step was a bit too high for her so the next day, Mr. Sat and Mr. Sun brought a car that my grandmother had ease in getting into and getting out of. Mr. Sun shared so much about the history and the current context of Siem Reap and was able to satisfy my dad's curiosity.

"Amazing siem reap”

My husband and I visited Angkor Wat (15 - 18 Apr 2016), another Wonders of the World added to our experience! We booked through Sam, who responded promptly on emails. He noted the attractions we wanted to cover and worked out an itinerary to suit our needs and timing. His help was invaluable during the planning stage - several changes that we made did not faze him at all. Our guide Mr Chhang was punctual for our sunrise tour (5am!), and both he and driver Mr Siyem took good care of us, especially when I was unwell towards the end of the tour - too much sun for me. The historical explanations and interesting facts given by Mr Chhang were fascinating and made the time pass so quickly. We were very happy with the many photo opportunities he pointed out for us, and for the couple of creative shots he took of us, too! We were also impressed that he was very helpful and polite to other tourists who came to him from time to time to ask for directions!

We would like to thank Mr Chhang for his patience in waiting at every scenic spot for my husband, a very keen shutterbug. Special thanks from me, for his calm and helpful manner when I almost passed out from the intense summer heat. I had insisted that my husband carried on into Ta Prohm (of Tomb Raider's fame) while I lay on a footpath resting. Mr Chhang gave him directions and instructions on what to look out for, and then stayed with me - no doubt making sure I wasn't stepped upon by the throngs of people passing by.

We will not hesitate to recommend Siam Reap Guide Services to all travelers! Thank you very much for making our trip wonderful!

Tips: wear climate-appropriate clothes, with shoulders covered and pants below knee length if you intend to enter the temples. Comfortable walking shoes are a must, as are sunscreen and a hat. Drink plenty of water too.

"Get yourself a guide"

We had two days in Siem Reap on 13th and 14th April so booked a tour to fit as much as we could into the time. We had Sam as our guide with Mr Sat as our driver. Both days were 40degrees but nobody complained as Sam guided us through temple after temple, explaining history, showing us items of interest in the carvings, etc. For us it was essential to have a guide through the Siem Reap temples. We saw many people wandering around on their own with their book in hand trying to figure stuff out and many of them actually asked Sam questions as we went around.
Get yourself a guide and Sam and Mr Sat at Private Siem Reap Tour Guide are exactly what you need. Sam's English is great and Mr Sat couldn't do enough keeping us supplied with really cold refresher towels and cold water in the car. Due to the heat we decided to push on and do all the temples each day without stopping for long breaks or lunch and used the car to rest between temples. This resulted in us finishing early, just after lunch so we could go back to our hotel and jump in the pool and the guides could also get out of the heat. Great couple of days and highly recommended.

"Service with a smile review"

We recently spent 4 days in Siem Reap and also booked a tour guide through Sam as a result of the excellent reviews we had read on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed! He provided an excellent service in every detail. He picked us up from the airport and took us to our hotel and provided an itinerary that was comprehensive and made great use of our time for the days we were there. The cold water and chilled wet towels were much appreciated as we hadn't realised that this is the hottest time of the year to visit Angkor Wat. Our guide Bun was excellent also - he was very knowledgeable, knew all the best spots to take photos and made every effort to avoid the crowds wherever possible. We would recommend Sam without any hesitation at all.

“Excellent Tour!”

We took the one day temple tour with waterfall visit with our tour guide Mr. Sophal. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and spoke excellent English. He was very willing to take time to talk about Cambodian history as well as daily life and culture. He arranged the itinerary so we avoided the crowds, and took lots of pictures for us. The driver always had cold water and towels waiting for us as well, which was refreshing. We would highly recommend this tour!

“Ankor Wat amazing experience”

Highly recommend this tour company.

Our guide Saravy and our driver who looked after our every need with cold wet ones and bottles of water (we must have drunk about 10 bottles) looked after us very well and even tailored the tour to our include other places to visit to get relief from the heat.

Visited the Artisan market which was enlightening seeing the locals get an education an all the lovely work they produced.

Our thanks for such a fantastic tour!

“Great tour, well worth it”

We did a last minute, one day tour with Rethy today, it was incredible! Rethy was early to our hotel, waited for us to finish breakfast and even stopped at the pharmacy to get our son some teething medicine.

The tour was excellent, Rethy was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the history of the temples. He also knew perfect areas for photos. Rethy was very accommodating as well and even offered to take us to other locations if we wanted outside of the temples.
The price of this tour is well worth it, it was very hot so having the A/C and cold water in the truck was awesome.
I would recommend this tour group to anyone, very professional, and knowledgeable.

Excellent - make sure you get Sophal as your guide!

We are a family of four with two young children of 6 years and booked a two-day tour (including Flight of Gibbon which we can highly recommend). All was perfect, tour was tailored to our needs (e.g. how tired our kids were), and local conditions (e.g. we had earlier lunch when it started to rain). Sophal was very knowledgeable about local culture, people and the sights. Would definitely book again!

Very prompt and very good

Sam was very prompt in replying to all my queries. Mr Bun was our guide. He was very good. The driver gave us cold towels and water which was real blessing in that scorching heat. We did half day 2pm to 6pm trip to beng mealea on 10th May and full day temple tour on 11th May...7.30 to 3pm. I paid 175dollars for 3people. 20dollar each for temple entry and 5dolar each for beng mealea entry. They dropped us at apsara show in the evening.. Very happy with over all service .

MR Phally is your Guy!

Mr.Phally was quick to reply our email promptly and being helpful! Mr Tang SoJet (Jet) was assigned to be our tour guide for two days during May10-11. Three of us paid USD 155 for the 2Day classic and USD15 (for the sunrise in Angkor Wat), and tips is optional (we paid Jet cause he was excellent being our tour guide and we enjoyed it much :D ).

Jet was helpful, cheerful and talkative, keeps the conversation going and engaging even if we were so tired from the heats. He knows well about the temples and the history of Angkor. We could communicate in English perfectly. Jet was also willing to adjust the routes since we wanted to change some parts of our plans. He was also our own personal photographer, and knowing which spots could take the perfect shots, and how to walk though the temples to capture the best shot with adequate sunlight (right timing) as well as avoid the crowds (secret pathways) !!!!

He is probably the most handsome cambodian guy we have ever met during our one week stay here,if not the second haha :D not only is he looks young relatively, but also he is young inside.

It was sad to hear what have gone through with Mr Jet's family, with the genocide happened 35years ago. So you could ask him about the history if you are interested. Knowing that it was Jet's dream to follow his brother(who was a translator), to become a tour guide. He always wear a big smile on his face, enjoying his works and living his dream job! :)

The weather was extremely hot during the days (40degree), especially the Sun light which could actually reaches all corners of the templess, leaving no shady areas. So it is wise to book with an aircon car (but not tuktuk) and with a licensed tour guide. He offered us free cold water and free cold towels. There's free pickup and dropoff during the days. So it would be nice to book a licneced tour guide to walk through the temples with you.

We highly recommend Mr Jet if you want a knowledgable and handsome cambodian tour guide to be with your journey into Angkor Wat. Mr.Phally is totally your guy! :)

Excellent Tour in Siem Reap

We just completed a tour of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples with Nol, an outstanding guide. His knowledge of Cambodian history, Buddhism and Hinduism, as well as each individual temple was outstanding. We also had many interesting conversations about Cambodia's relationship with surrounding countries and how modern day events are related to history. All in all, very enlightening. And Serey, our driver, was just where we needed him to be when we needed him to be there, with water and cooling towels. We found the weather challenging, but with the support of these wonderful folks, we were able to navigate it well. Recommend this wonderful company.

Excellent Tour!

This is a great tour company all around - Sam was very responsive and helpful in booking for us. We just completed a day long tour with Sophal, he was excellent! Very knowledgeable to all things Cambodia, including the Temples. We visited the three main temples (Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon and Angkor Thom) and had a fairly private tour - Sophal knew exactly where and when to go to avoid crowds and it was perfect. He also knows all the good spots for pictures and is truly there to make your experience as good as possible. Must do this while in Siem Reap! Ask for Sophal!

Amazing!

We did a two day tour (including sunrise tour) with Sophal. It was an amazing tour as he is extremely knowledgeable about the history of all the temples he brought us to. We learnt a lot about the history of Siem Reap from him and he was really friendly and smiley the entire time despite the 40 degree C weather.

Because it was so hot in Siem Reap in May 2016, we were very thankful for the air conditioned car that brought us around. The cold towels and ice water just kept coming and they really made a huge difference. Other than bringing us around and educating us on the history, he made sure we were comfortable and tried to arrange the tour to avoid large crowds.

Highly highly recommended!!

Outstanding tour of Angkor Wat

We just did a two day tour of Angkor Wat and other temples. Our tour guide was Sophal who was outstanding in many ways. He is very knowledgeable about the temples and their history. He was able to respond to any question that we asked. He was able to put the construction and meaning of the temple components into historical and political context. He answered our questions asked Cambodia, its culture and its people. He was very pleasant and accommodating. In addition to all of the regular tour stops, at our request, he took us to get pictures of elephants, pictures of pagodas, and pictures of houses on stilts. The driver was equally outstanding and pleasant. His ability to manage the traffic and to get us to our destinations safely was impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour which is a tribute to Sophol who is an outstanding guide. We recommend him most highly as a tour guide.

Excellent Angkor tour

First, Sam Sophea was very quick to respond to email inquiries and very helpful addressing inquiries before we arrive in Siem Reap. My family and I arranged for the two-day classic tour. Our guide was Sophal and the driver was Oussah. Sophal arrived early on the first day and explained the plan for the day. He did a great job scheduling to avoid most of the crowds and also included an out of the way smaller temple where we were the only ones there. Oussah always offered a cold towel and bottle of water when we got back to the car, which was very welcome in the crushing heat.

Sophal was extremely accommodating with all requests, including going back to some earlier spots or making unscheduled stops if we wanted to take some extra photos. He also answered all our general questions about Cambodia as best he could, so we learned a lot about the country as well. Both were unfailingly friendly. I can truly not imagine trying to go around by tuk-tuk in the heat, and very much enjoyed having a personal tour to fit around our requests instead of going along with a big group.

Would be nice if they would accept payment in credit cards, but I understand they are not widely accepted in Cambodia. Highly satisfied with the tour itself and Sophal did a great job.

Fantastic tour of Angkor Wat

We had an amazing time with Lekh and our driver Radh, very knowledgeable on all the history of each temple with so many interesting stories. The cold towels and drinks were fantastic!! Thank you for making the last few days or our holiday so memorable, especiallly when I left my bag with everything in the car and Radh kindly brought it all the way back to the hotel, thank you for such great service

Amazing day tour - definitely recommend!

I did a day tour, which I enjoyed seeing the wonderful temples in Cambodia. It was very hot and I'm happy I had the air con in the car, cold towels, and cold water given to me by the driver.

My tour guide Sophal and driver Radh, were extremely accommodating. Sophal was knowledgeable about the temples and country. They both made sure I was happy throughout the whole trip.

Would recommend booking with Sams tours.

Brilliant tour guide!

We went on the 2 day classic tour with sunrise. Booked over email and Sam was quick and responsive to every email. Sokoeurn our guide was brilliant, amazing English and knew so much history about every single place we visited as well as more general questions on Cambodia. It was 40 degrees when we visited and having an a/c car with cold towels and cold water provided after every stop was definitely the way to go. Sokoeurn was also a brilliant photographer as well as guide, he showed us where to take the best pictures and took loads of really cool photos of us. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend to all!

Great choice for tour!

My tour guide was laek and driver forgot his name though.. got the 3 day tour which was everything i expected. laek was very detailed in explaning the tour, he was able to answer all the question that i asked .had fun despite the unbearable heat. will defenitely get this tour anytime.

Highly Recommended!

Booked a 2 days tour with Sam and had an excellent time. Our guide, Nol and our driver, Serey were great. We were well looked after. Our guide Nol is very knowledgeable and informative with the history of all the temples and went out of his way to show us great photo opportunities at the temples. Our driver, Serey is also great, especially with all the cold face towels and cold bottled water. Both of them were attentive to our needs which is very appreciated in the sweltering heat. Overall we had a wonderful time with them. Thank you for making our visit to Siam Reap memorable and unforgettable!

Excellent driver

Full of knowledge and absolutely entertaining, Jet was an excellent guide. His knowledge of history made what were otherwise mere ruins come alive. Highly recommended. If you go with Sam's tours, ask for Mr.phally.

Very recommended tour

When I was looking tour for my guests, I was looking for tour on Tripadvisor and contact Sophea Sam, he was very helpful and responsive replying my questions. When my guests join their tour, they got a very warmth welcome and had pleasant time with their tour guide name Kamera (if I am not mistaken). Nice car, nice service and very well english speaker tour guide.

Mr.phally is the best. A great day trip - especially if you can stay ahead of the crowds

Our guide Jet was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable with perfect english (and Japanese, and Chinese... show off!) and a great sense of humour that fit in well and rolled with the punches of our pretty oddball humour.

We got picked up in time for sunset and Jet was early. We went and saw Angkor Wat. It was a very hot day and the car's air con and Jet's regularly provision of cold towels and water were much appreciated. We like to move fast and decided to leave Angkor Wat after exploring it quickly which meant we got ahead of the crowds and got to see a lot of the other temples (Ta Prohm, Bayon, Lady Temple and Beng Mealea) without too many other people around.

Beng Mealea is a must see, definitely my favourite. Jet was engaging, funny, articulate and incredibly personable. Watching people do these tours on their tuk tuks made me so glad to have the air con'd car for the long drives in between temples. Jet was ready with an answer to all of our questions and filled us in on so much local knowledge.

Thanks again!

Good way to understand Cambodia

We had a 2 days Angkor Wat tour with Sophal.
And I think I had a really good choice of tour. Our tour guide was 'Sophal' who was amazing. He was very thoughtful and kind. I like him asking me in the polite manner every moment during the tour. Another reason I enjoy the tour is the itinerary of he tour program. If I had only one day, I would probably visit only the most popular places. But, I could enjoy not only the popular places also peaceful and rustic temples. It was very wise to use the experience of 'Sophal'. He knew when and where should we visit for each temple. I would recommend Angkor Guide Sam to everyone and I would say thank you for our tour guide 'Sophal'
From the beginning to the end, I think I had a good communication with Sam as well.
Well organized tour.

Perfect driver ”

Perfect english, tons of knowlodege, amazing guide and good transportation. Thanks a lot for 2 great days of teachings.

Excellent way to see the temples in Siem Reap

My partner and I enjoyed an excellent 2 day tour with our guide Nol and driver Serey. Nol spoke excellent English, had a wealth of knowledge about each of the temples we visited and was also able to answer all the random questions we had about life in Cambodia. In addition to this Nol was very funny and an excellent photographer - he knew all the best spots!

Serey was always waiting for us with a smile, cold towels and as much water as we needed which was very much appreciated given how hot it was. This was the first guided tour we have done and was definitely worth the extra cost!

Our only minor criticism was that when emailing the operator to confirm the tour we seemed to receive multiple response emails each quoting a different price.

Aside from that, our experience was great. Thanks again to Nol and Serey for taking such good care of us!

Absolute best way to tour Angkor

We heard about Angkor Guide Sam through a friend who said she had a great experience with them. We emailed to book our private tour through Sam's website about a week before visiting. He was more than accommodating, and quickly and conveniently booked us on a 1 day tour. Our tour guide Saravy was absolutely outstanding: he was punctual, professional, polite, more than accommodating, knowledgeable, and very patient with us as we took our time to appreciate each temple. Saravy was a student of Angkor history and it was clear he knew the history completely. He was able to point out all kinds of details in the carvings and restoration projects that we would never have noticed otherwise. He also had a lot of fun suggestions for photos, which ended up being some of our best! Also, since it was 108 degrees F outside, there is seriously no better way to see Angkor than with a personal guide like Saravy, followed by air conditioned transport in a car and complimentary bottles of water and cold towels when traveling between the temples. I would absolutely give my highest endorsement for their service to anyone considering a trip to Angkor!

One-Day Classic Mini Tour! Simply Amazing!

Refer to their website for more details about the tour - highlights were Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, Ta Prohm Temple, etc
I requested this tour on Sam's webpage just one day before as I was traveling last minute. Very prompt reply from Sam and great organisation for his part.

I did this mini-tour as I purely just wanted to visit all the ancient temples, especially the Angkor Wat! Phanna was my tour guide, really have to thank him for giving me such a memorable tour! He was very professional and knowledgable. He even spoke my first language (Cantonese) and added a great sense of humour to make the tour interesting! Definitely recommend him for anyone who's interested to do tours in Siem Reap! :)

Informative and Interesting Way to Explore Angkor Wat

My family and I are so happy to choose Angkor Guide Sam to help us explore Angkor Wat in the best possible way. The guide was very polite, funny, informative (I got a lot of information that is impossible to find elsewhere), and caring as well. He knows every great spot to take picture in Angkor and always helps us with that. The car was awesome. We never run out of cold water bottle and also cold tower (as it's so important to survive the hot sunny days in Angkor). Tour was always on-time and run according to the itinerary. Best of luck for this tour operator!

2 day tour with tour guide sophal

It was a very nice and memorable experience inspite of the weather that is extremely hot and humid.we had a very good tour guide named sophal.i highly recommend him.he was great explaining everything.he is so helpful and accomodating.thank you sophal.

Impressive temples and Friendly guide

Despite of the hot and humid weather in this season, we've enjoyed the temple visit accompanied by our tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable to tell us all the history of the temples, as well as people's life today.

Amazing temples and a very knowledgeable guide

Did the sunrise tour with guide Huat.
Unbelievable temples and a guide who knew everything there is to know about these temples, and Cambodia in general. I highly recommend this tour/guide.
Huat speaks english fluently, with a aussie accent.

Angkor Wat Sunrise and other Temples

After organising a one day tour with Angkor Guide Sam we were very happy with prompt response as we left it to organise the day previous.
We were collected on time by our guide Dee who met us with a friendly handshake . Dee was very helpful and considerate in all aspects of our tour . He is very knowledgable and passionate regarding the history of the temples and his country.
He always had cold water and towels for us when arriving back to his vehicle . He was considerate in assisting us with the stairs and difficult areas . He also knew the best areas to take photographs with amazing results . Thank you Dee .

Indeed the best tour guides

I can now speak from experience. We had three different tours over four days, the first a private one from the five star hotel we stayed at (that was decent, but definitely not five stars), the second a group tour reserved online (that left things to be desired), and lastly this tour from Angkor Guide Sam. Our guide, Bunvath, met us at our hotel, and immediately it was obvious how professional and experienced he was! He started by making sure we had packed everything we would need for the day. He was very considerate, and even anticipated what we might want next at all times. 100% hospitality. He was knowledgeable, consistent, lots of hospitality. We strongly recommend him, and will not hesitate to hire Angkor Guide Sam's services again when we go to Cambodia. Save yourself the time, and just go with these guys. Totally worth the money, especially if you have a group of 4-5, only a little more than a genetic group tour with five star service! We're extremely satisfied.

Incredible

We had a tour guide named Dee for us and another couple who were also on their honeymoon and are friends. Dee is incredibly knowledgable and attentive. We saw the main temples and were transported in a great SUV with amenities that made the heat and walking way more manageable.

We highly recommend the Sam Sophea service for Siem Reap and especially Dee, who also happens to be a great photographer.

The friendly tour guide and the ever smiling driver

I really had a great time in Siem Reap, specially seeing the ancient temples which I just used to see in the magazines. Our tour guide was really knowledgeable, he knows every place in Cambodia. He was very nice and patient waiting for us all the time while we were taking pictures. The package was a little pricy but you would realize the worth once you experience the service.

Worth the mineu

I was a little bit hesitant to book a private tour as I have been travelling for the last two weeks on a low budget and spending 160$ on a private tour would be a lot. I decided to contact Sam since his agency is rated number 1 on tripadvisor. Sam replied to me within an hour and his price was similar to what other agencies were offering. Since I had no time to waste ( 3 days only in Cambodia) I booked the tour directly by email. On first day, Phelly, my amazing tour guide was waiting for me in the reception with the driver Noch. I spent with them two days walking around and discovering the beauty of Siem Reap and the Ankors. I really had a great time with Phelly, he was so kind and always wanted to help. He is very knowledgable and shared with me information on the past and the real life in Cambodia. We even tried some local games such as flying flowers and harvest the rice while we were heading to see the Ankors. Phelly took over my phone and was taking some action picture and for the first time in two weeks I have proper pictures for myself . What I liked the most about Phelly is his good heart and honesty. He stopped to give monkeys water, he cared about other tourist and my safety as well. Phelly also helped me to find a new hotel as the one I stayed in first was so bad and he made sure I find the right hotel. Not to forget mentioning Noch, the man with a warm smile who was always welcoming me with cold tower and water after each trip. I know 160$ is a lot but for two days, private guide and private car and for watching the sunrise... I can say I am happy to do that especially in Cambodia as it's not the right place to save money. I have seen a lot and learned a lot... Thank you Phelly and Noch for making my trip a memorable one.

Amazing Tour Guide in Siem Reap

Sophal (tour guide) and Rhad (driver) were excellent! I arrived late on our afternoon appointment but they both waited for me patiently while I get ready, I didn't feel pressured. Sophal is very knowledgeable of the temples, and has an answer to everything we ask about the place - even about trees, soil, roads, rocks. He speaks good English. Rhad always ensure we have cold water and refreshing cold towels every after visiting a temple and hands it with a smile. Had a great time! Thank you Sophal and Radh!

A tour to remember!

We were greeted with such warm smiles and happy faces. We did the day tour with the three main temples. Although it was soo hot, me and my partner had the best day and couldn't fault the professionalism that Huat gave us.

Each temple we visited, Huat made sure he showed us every carving and filled us in on every story so we didn't miss out on anything.
Upon each return to the van, Bee always had a smile, with cold water and cold towels which was a lifesaver!

Thank you so much for the awesome tour. It was the best way to finish our Siem Reap holiday.
